David Hebebrand has expertise in construction, agricultural industries, governmental and nonprofits. He has extensive background in taxation, auditing and financial planning.
David began his career as a Controller for both Kern Rock Company of Bakersfield adn Hylton Oil Drilling. After receiving his CPA certificate, he joined a successful and well established CPA firm in Bakersfield. He eventually moved to Porterville, California, to take the branch office as Partner and purchased the practice in 1991.
In 2002 he and his family moved to Tehachapi, where he opened a branch office. He maintained both CPA offices for twelve years. In 2014, after 24 years in Porterville, he sold that practice to devote his efforts full time to serving clients in Tehachapi. In 2015, he merged with DR Moats and Company.
David believes in service to his community. He has served as president of the Burton Educational Foundation, served on the board of directors of many nonprofit organizations and many leadership roles in his church. He is a Past District Governor of his Lions Clubs International and serves on a state of California Committee as Budget Committee Chair.
